Fitness at Couples Swept Away
We provide free fitness evaluations for all guests and then customize an individual training program to begin at the resort and then take home to continue. Our fitness instructors are certified by the Aerobics and Fitness Association (AFAA) and are always happy to provide guidance and encouragement. Sports classes and activities begin daily at 7 a.m. for early birds and go on until 7 p.m. and the Sports Complex remains open to 11 p.m. We also have two swimming pools. Our 25 meter swimming pool with lap lanes is ideal for the serious swimmer who wants to include distance swimming as part of a fitness regime. The free form swimming pool located near the beach is a great place to relax for the less energetic. We have a fully-equipped gym with state-of the art equipment, a Parcourse fitness circuit, bicycles, an aerobics studio, jacuzzis, saunas and steam rooms. |
